i read this episode for the 3rd time... it’s so cute and funny, and it gets me on the nerves the way yuyang is reacting to lihuan’s confession... it’s ok if he has his past stories, but treating him this way it’s starting to make me mad
lihuan is trying his best... yuyang should know that confessing to someone isn’t easy, and lihuan is ALWAYS honest...

As someone who went through traumatic heartbreak and cultural pressure, I understood YuYang point. It's not just him who's hurting but YuYang is trying to protect Lihuan more than he worried about being abandon again. He knows he likes Lihuan but his intention will always be protecting the one he loves which can come off as pushing someone away. I'd like to see how Lihuan storyline can push against that boundary that Yuyang set for him and show him that he's mature and understand his sexuality for the commitment when it comes to a same sex couple. It's realism that's pretty.
