But the girl (villainous girl) had a fatal condition basically dying and always in pain she made it so the one who took her body wouldn't feel the pain and would cough up blood the day before/of when she would see the body's original owners memories. And the fatal issue is going to be healed in like 6 months to a year or something
I'm looking for a story where the girl is really strong and for that reason, no man in the modern world really dates hers she dies (i think), and reincarnations into a pretty girl (a noblemen's daughter type shiz) and figures out she's still as strong if not stronger in her new body even though she seemingly has no muscle.

it's about a serial killer being obsessed with a regular useless guy. it's very realistic tho, gory and gruesome, so even tho it is yaoi it's very different from ussual pretty and romantic ones. i think it's amazing, but that's cause I like gore and horror really.
