why did you create this pos site?I'm getting spammed with ads from the second I go to the app site and then,after all that bs,my reading keeps getting interrupted with more ads.This site has potential but you are too greedy and not thinking about the readers.I pay for sites just to avoid having my reading interrupted but they don't satisfy my addiction so I need free sites but this spam is bs.If I had a voice in the creation of this site I would quit bc the readers deserve better
They didn't do that before, I've been on this site for probably about a year or two and they never had ads when you weren't signed in, though, I believe they changed it since sometimes I got logged out mid reading and I would get bombed with ads, so I think it's a issue with being a guest. You won't get ads if you're signed in.

That's a lie cause I've been a member since 2017. It just logs you out randomly and you get bombarded with ads. I don't have any issues with smut or yaoi but I'm getting really fucking types of setting porn ads on my phone because mangago can't figure out how to not log people out every 5 mins.

I don't think there should be any ads since you're signed in + I've never had that many ads when logged out either. I second the person who said to download an ad blocker instead + maybe check if you have some sort of virus? Something similar happened to me in the past
Uh.... ngl I just use this site with some ad-blocker and never had any problem you're talking about because of that XD You can download any kind of ad-blocker extension on a computer browser or use it on an app that specializes in blocking ads.

Or maybe stop logging people out to dump ads on them. I joined because it's supposed to stop the ads. They found a way to circumvent that. Just log people out when their reading and bam, they don't know until they have porn on their screens.
It has been logging me out a lot the passed few days. So I can see why the ads are bothering y'all. But logging back in solves that. Yes it's a pain but nothing can be done about it. For the one who is signed in and is still getting ads, that's really weird. I haven't seen that happen to anyone here before. I doubt ad blockers are the only solution. But if that's what finally stops the ads for you then that might have to be your option. Also have you tried a different device and see if it does the same?
Well, tbh any free site, esp these kind of aggregators, will always have an element of being unsafe because they have to earn $$$ using ads to keep the site running. I've never had problems with pervasive/invasive ads and popups because - I use a Mac and it is more difficult for viruses/malware to target Mac OS, plus I have anti-virus software installed - I've always use adblocker extensions on my browsers or an adblock browser app on my phone - I don't watch porn or other sites where the ads are disgusting lmao - most of the time if I want to read or consume some kind of content, I use a paid service (I'm employed so I have the means, but I know not everyone can afford it) - I avoid using free apps on my phone, and only use paid apps for important things like my password manager (I rec using one called Safe in Cloud), and use anti-virus app like Lookout to monitor my apps/online accounts for breaches
I'm pretty sure that if you were doing the same thing as me - using Mac, anti-virus software, adblocker browser, avoid using free apps, avoid porn sites - then you wouldn't be in the situation you describe. Viruses/malware are all about prevention. Once you get them, it's best to go to a specialist to remove the shit that's infecting your computer, even if it's embarrassing. Then install some quality anti-virus software and learn about how to take precautions online so that shit like what you're describing doesn't happen in the future.
