...Is it just me or did the art quality drop considerably over the past few episodes? No hate. I still enjoy the series but I can't get past the stiffness of those episodes.. I really wanted to love Siyun's glow up...but it just comes off as try hard and too old?? He's like 23 or so... Also I think the hair looks goofy because the artist used some older Siyun sprites and just slapped the dad hair on top... It looks off...
And don't get me started on how they just jumped onto f**king while she's dead-ass drunk and with no explanation on why he stopped talking to her... it's just... red flags everywhere.. I thought they were supposed to heal during this break, but here it's treated like just an excuse to justify the big horny.. It's not exactly cute. Was looking forward to them having some proper intimacy once they grow up..but this isn't really what I was hoping for..
I think it's clear that 2L's interest is now with her new series, and Free in Dreams is becoming her side series instead.
That was the original plan, yes, but it showed us some episodes ago that Siyun just stopped texting her at some point, pretty much ghosting.. so all Jeongmin had to rely on was their conversations before they went no contact, with not much reassurance or some kind of commitment to start talking again at an established point. And that's what made her spiral. It's clear that she wasn't comfortable with how they stopped interacting so abruptly. It's even implied that her stress over this caused her to start drinking heavily... So it's very clear that things were not alright. For him to break no contact because she sounded like she found someone else and engage with her sexually while she's drunk and post mental breakdown... it just defies all the reason they took the break imo. I love them both and I love the series. And that's exactly why those past 2 episodes felt so off.
they went non contact with when she was still in school and she was the one who initated it because she felt like all she was doing was waiting around for him to text her and focusing only on him- which is NOT healthy. and the first time she got drunk with her friends she cried about siyun. she didnt start drinking heavily, infact im pretty sure its implied shes only ever drunk that heavily twice- the first time being the actual first time and the second time being when siyun showed back up. he also wasnt breaking the no contact because of that phone call, he was literally coming back to see her
Hmm, when you mention it that way, and on a second read, that does seem to be the case. She probably only drank twice, so it might not be a drinking habit forming. She did take notice of it, so she's probably worried, especially since there's a history in her family. (The way it was pointed out subtly, the author might plan to do something with that.). So yeah, I guess it boils down to them miscommunication and forgetting to give each other a reassurance or maybe a deadline for the no contact thing. When Siyun contacted Jeongmin and she replied thinking it was her coworker, I thought he was just planning to talk to her, without showing up. And that he had ended up appearing because he felt threatened to be replaced. All in all, I do hope really hard that they will talk things properly, once they blow off some steam Thanks for your insight, mamai!
Hello! Can anyone recommend any manhwas in which one or multiple characters work in the field of webcomic creation? (if there are any) I'm thinking of something similar to Bakuman, but it's webcomics/manhwah. Webcomic creation doesn't have to be the central plot, but at least be shown or talked about. I find the portrayal of creation process fascinating in such stories. Thanks!

I think it's still ongoing tho, there was another which was a bl but I don't remember its name lol
I told my friend "He's like 23!! He looks way too old to be........ah.... wait!"
Then I realized Siyun is Gen Z. Author nailed it (probably unintentionally)
