This manga was almost perfect. The seme was great and respectful and caring and they had a healthy relationship but chapter 6.5 kinda irked me. I was like "where did the rational, respectful alpha ive grown to love as a seme go?" . And yes the uke wanted a condom and i believe that use of condoms should be consented by both parties right? But the seme didnt put in one and he went straight alpha with those "i wanna impregnate you" and for me, the uke had trauma with rape and with semes telling him shit like that. So with his mate doing that to him.... man it was like a complete 180 degree turn. And his excuse of "its cuz im an alpha. Dont think its all sunshine and rainbows all the time." So whats that mean? That its inevitable that you'll rape him too? Where did the seme who controlled himself go? The one who no matter what happened never pushed past what the uke wanted and was comfortable with? I mean im probably reading into much since this is yaoi what do we expect but many people kept touting this as realistic and if thats how were going to be well imma point this one out as well.
I share your opinion on some degree but I also think that the uke was somewhat okay with that als long as its Hazuki who loves him so much impregnates him. If he would really hate it naoto would have told him, I'm sure of that and I'm sure Hazuki would have stopped I bet he just wanted to be a bit rougher, thats of course no apology in a serious situation tho.

Among many other things i love abt this manga is the way the author draws men as men. And the sex scenes are really hot but full of feelings you know? Its so steamy but you can feel the emotions from the panels. Like ugh i cant explain it well but this manga hits so many good points (also whoop yuki ravishing haru at the end is so good man i want more this couple went thru so much i wanna see them fuck more lol)

I thought i couldnt like this manga even more because the 1st couple sold me already on the way the scenes are hotly drawn and their weird but fond dynamic but damn the 2nd couple was so good too. A little annoyed w/ the uke but the seme was precious?? Like all you could do is say wow he really does love the uke that much? (Esp the way he adapted himself to being like a bird). (Kinda turned off w/ him using the ukes baby pics as fap material but ive learned to take these mangas w/ a grain of salt. Overall, the poignant moments and genuine feelings in the manga won me over. Its wow.)
Aaa seriously, give the 2nd couple a chance. I dont get why people dont like them. Their story is actually really good. I mean i wasnt wholly satisfied but the way things turned up is enough to placate me. Theirs is just a case of one messy miscommunication that just gave them a lot of unnecessary pain. And kinda wished it was longer so the feelings and resolution where more paced properly but all in all its a poignant, lovable story.
Okay, ive read some of your thoughts now and understand now why many hate the 2nd couple. I agree with all of your stands. But i personally, i still love their story. Uke was an ass, but seme even if he was dependent on uke, wasnt actually that bad y'know. I was actually uwuing at the fact hed rather never have sexual contact w/ uke as long as theyre together and the uke is by his side. Like ive read so much yaoi now that im so used to some tropes. Both Healthy and unhealthy. But this one wasnt so over the top unhealthy that ive come to really appreciate it. I feel so bad for seme at most points of the story and it makes me love his character more tbh. Hes just socially awkward and doesnt know how to communicate well but damn, the way he loves someone. That "I'll give myself to you" line. Wow. He treasures his uke so much.

i was legit scared of the jerk getting subin at the end. Like, the tell tale signs of jun/subin breaking up was allover the extras and i was lyk btchh jun is way better than that jerk. They may have problems but jun is thinking of longterm w/ subin and that rlly won me over for him.
