woah okay kinda shocked after reading the korean raws of this chap weeks ago to find out that param never actually told hwi what happened with mr.han . again im a simp for hwi and i love how he asked the right questions (‘did i pressure you?’, ‘did you want to come?’) bc keep in mind param hasnt even talked abt feeling That way towards hwi, he just accepted the date.

honestly tho if param were to have admitted to sleeping w mr.han the night before their date, hwi wouldve been PISSED.

ive read the raws so i knew this was gonna happen but now that i know what param is thinking i really have just come to the conclusion that param is lowkey toxic and unreliable as a partner. maybe im just biased b i really like hwi. but to give into temptation when you already know you have feelings for someone is a low blow. i Also truly understand what its like to be in params shoes. to like someone and have them reciprocate creates this tension that is like how he describes it, like getting high, because he knows its wrong and yet he does it anyway. However if i was in his shoes with the person that i love right now, and the person that i used to be physically attracted to i would never choose the second. hwi cares about param. hes been there for him mr han is the one causing problems. hes manipulative. he gets what he wants and param feel right for it. :///

love how they reintroduced her, i cried for a bit lowkey. and shes so quick to notice their lovers quarrel lmaooo. so sweet. love how they drew her as masculine bc its realistic but also sweet that wolfgang went beyong societal norms of male warriors and was like FUCK THAT EVERYONE CAN TRY OUT, and it ends up being a WOMAN from the SLUMS, that in and of itself is so politically moving and successful to the nation. so much more woman and lower economic villages will gain confidence from Dame and Wolfgang and his kingdom

AND THEN GO ON A DATE WITH HWI THE NEXT DAY??? WHY COULDNT YOU JUST BE LIKE “yeah i think ima have to cancel, lets reschedule “ BUT NO??? i hope that making hwi upset and disappointed rlly makes param rethink everything.

kinda getting annoyed with param rn lmao. this story makes no indication of if param actually likes hwi. literally at the same time param is still crushing over mr.han even tho he had that little epiphany ages ago. honestly it just seems like param is dragging hwi along. there have been no deep thoughts with param and thats making it seem like hes just a shallow character. hwi likes you param. hes asked you on a date. bro im tired of this story lowkey

jaehwan understands how much dongho guards himself when he feels betrayed or hurt. the president coming in to possibly be the antagonist for their relationship will probably jump start jaehwan into really trying to talk things out with dongho instead of texts..

interesting chapter. i wonder if the hitman and jihwa will develop a romantic relationship or just a physical one. seungho rlly was trying not to cave into old habits. if this was the old seungho he wouldve beat nakyum (bc rn he thinks he ran away) . but now that he realizes that he loves him he cant really hurt him like he used to... very interesting!!!

really liked the way this chapter played out along with the previous chapters. its a very realistic scene with two very different personalities but a common backstory.

jaehwan and his sunbae and dongho with byul are two very similar situations but they are handled differently. age and personality plays into this. after a while jaehwan literally could see the consequences of staying in a state of limbo with his sunbae, so he left ( with no closure). dongho (most likely because he is young and has had only one love interest before jaehwan) fought almost tooth and nail to be with byul (not that i agree bc thats not what im into) and still got rejected, but the difference is he got the closure he needed.

dongho is a young man falling in love with an older, more mature and logical adult. there will be clashes. if you do not understand why dongho is upset, then you shouldnt be pursuing a relationship with anyone. communication really is key, and jaehwan has been at arms length since the beginning, with only dongho fighting for his love. yes, his feelings are valid. he was left for hours, alone, by the person he likes, someone who he believes does not like him as much as he likes them.

jaehwan has baggage, and is a new(ish) face to the hotel. a different life not connected to the employees. he is a very logical man, but he lacks extremely in relationships and love. he does not have faith in relationships and is scared of falling for dongho. he had been sleeping with countless people and an old-crush lookalike before he met dongho.

jaehwan went to the cafe because he believed in a chance for closure, which is something he never got before he left the university. he did not have any remnants of old flaming love for him. but the sunbae twisted the situation in his favor. and it ended up like this. im not accepting jaehwans actions. i believe that dongho is right in this situation. i am merely explaining why jaehwan would even do this in the first place.

when you love somone for a really long time (especially if its something like their situation) if they ask to see you.. most likely youre gonna go. you want an apology, but 9 times out of 10 it doesnt happen.

in the end, i hope jaewhan communicates clearly what he feels to dongho, and things get patched up, bc i believe they are good for each other.

TLDR: DONGHOS FEELINGS ARE VALID, JAEHWAN KINDA DUMB HE NEEDS SOME WORK

i understand the desire for this chapter, totally good fanservice.. but not really necessary :( hwi rlly is being honest about his feelings meanwhile we know han is up to something. love seeing param the way he was in this chapter but issa skip until the next one...
