yall really messy for dropping an amazing webtoon just because theres a filler arc ... its crazy. let these characters thrive let them have their recognition! this whole story has been surrounded by wolfgang and shin. weve covered so many serious plots with them with the only memorable side characters being dandelion and haiyan. remember these are filler panels. its fun and we get to see characters step on to the plate and protect and love their king bru chillll
Exactly it is still a good read plus I am fairly certain once the king comes back is when Shin will have to confront and be honest about his feelings about the king. Mainly cause the next arc is all about the king’s marriage

i really enjoyed this chapter. it was very much like shin to do what he did in this chapter. of course, everyone around him is worried and knows hes taking on too much, and shin knows it too. im just not sure about his hallucinations though? are they an inner desire to be in control? to be a king? is that why in his hallucinations hes in the kings cape? bravado spilling from his lips??? idk! still so good tho. i hope we see more of shin and how hes doing bc :( he dont look to good
this chapter was rlly interesting. hes Angry. like. pent up anger. and (to me) it seems like hes taking it out on yeonwu. but he wants yeonwu to stop him bc taehwan Cant. hes driven by this unknown desire for yeonwu, the man who he thinks is filthy. you see him shame yeonwu about having multiple partners.. idkkkkk

jesus christ the amount of internalized homophobia this man has is INSANE. he thinks that yeonwu is filthy and that hes annoying but really taehwan desires to be intimate with yeonwu and that makes him even more angry bc he doesnt know what hes feeling :p
This is just my take but I don’t think Taehwan is homophobic (unless I forgot something). When Yeonwu kissed him in his sleep during the high school flash back, he was trembling. That’s probably why he’s so disgusted with whatever Yeonwu does now. Yeonwu was once again doing things to him without his consent when Yeonwu was grinding on Taehwan while drunk. Kinda makes sense he doesn’t really like Yeonwu.

Yeah i think he gay (or bi or pan) but he hasn't realized it yet and his traumatic experience when he was younger caused him to have internalized homophobia (basing this from his flashbacks so just my theory)
Also v important detail too is that he doesn't really care about it. Like he still supports his brother. He's only bothered and angered when it's focused on *him* specifically so it adds more to my theory
