I love isekai manga and this had a high rating, so I gave it a shot. But I'm really disappointed because most of the characters are douche bags. The MC is disgusting and slimy. The girls are there only to highlight the male characters, they are treated like objects. The MC's father is an idiot that treats his son as a stranger and is not at all supportive and affectionate. Major disappointment.

The art has changed so much that I don't feel like reading divine doctor anymore. Also the story has become so confusing. I loved it so much, but now I'm trying too hard to continue to read it. This after I read 279 chapters ╥﹏╥. I left the former rating so I'll always remember how much I appreciated it.

You should still read it, the ending is more bittersweet then sad, and frankly, I dont think it could have ended any other way. There is sense of fulfillment and its also a bit of an open ending. Please try it!

I didn't really like the manhwa because there are no developments. It all seems flat. I read the first season so I could see the cute child. The black haired guy is stupid, who would wanto to bear a child only because they feel lonely?

Actually, having children to fill the void of loneliness is an actual thing people do. I'm not saying it's right or wrong; I read a study in college about a correlation between households with domestic violence and child neglect, socioeconomic status, and teen pregnancies. Many teens that were interviewed expressed being lonely and wanting to have a child to have someone love them unconditionally. When I read about Eunhoo's character I recalled the study.

He didn't even tell him after meeting and interacting with him!NOT EVEN AFTER DATING HIM. This was soo frustrating to watch. Honestly the Top is wayy too good for him...
