I know Jaeyhuk is still somewhat oblivious to the underlying sentiment (crush/love/whatever) he has for garam but it doesn't excuse the fact that he is still treating Garam horribly.
Please excuse me for the rant below.
He keeps forcing his persisting carnal desires unto the MC without even an ounce of decency to manage them from time to time, almost always forcing MC to give in to his impulsive sex-hunger in the middle of being pinned down, and yet he complains when the MC "whines". Every complaints the MC has raised to the male lead about his manners in bed, or his manners in general, goes in one ear and out to the other. And he treats the MC's rejections of his advancements as him just "playing hard to get" and that he'll give in eventually.
Yes, I am aware this is just fiction but lemme rant, mkay?! ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I think this is the point where a person who cares about a friend who's in a similar situation as Dan could only just face palm begrudgingly and shake their head at how (and I'm sorry for phrasing it this way) frustratingly the circumstances are making their friend a fool. Honestly, this ending is fitting given the events in the previous chapters. It implies the status of the progress of their reconciliation, 'slowly but surely'. Not rushing it by showing them having heavy make out sessions or passionate sex, but rather a light hearted kiss on the cheek in a serene setting.
His personality is like half a step forward and five steps back. #－.－)
