fk racism, fk homophobia, and fk myself for reading this in one day. ONE OF MY FAVORITE STORIES AND THE SONG CHOICE "UNCHAINED MELODY" (i am currently listening to it while writing this) IS JUST PERFECTION. They went through so much, and i just want to see them on stage together singing one more time. i love how this story shows the struggles of poc, especially white privilege, even though you are good at something, as long as you are not "pleasing to look at" then it's nothing.
