I feel bad for Midori, but at the same time... he had it coming. You can't set rules for others and then have different ones for yourself. If all you ever did was maintain the power imbalance and the abuse towards omega, that is what you will get if you become one. Sad, but that is how society works ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Second story was really cute! I loved how affectionate they are! However, the drama in the latest chapter was weird, to say the least. I couldn't really grasp what was the problem between them 4, and what misunderstanding they were talking about. Felt like good chunks of drama building were missing. Still, loved them (▰˘◡˘▰)

    Both Kitagawa and Tomita were worried that their partners are "free" since they weren't officially dating. We could see how Tomita had fallen in love with Saito but didn't know how Saito felt. He kept refusing the sex because if he surrendered then the hurt would kill him, especially if Saito wasn't in love with him! Saito on the other hand wanted to see whether Tomita had any feelings for him by trying to make him jealous, that was why he created the "misunderstanding" that he could flirt around with Natsume, killing two birds with one stone, since it also propelled Kitagawa to force Natsume into properly dating him. For the "cheating" part, it would be explained in chapter 3 (a note from the scanlation group). ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

    Forgot to add that even though they had consensual "petting", both Tomita and Saito didn't show their feelings, they both fell in love (Saito first, then Tomita after the "trying out"), but didn't know how the other felt. Since the "real sex" meant they had to be honest (if it felt good then they both were in love, but if it didn't then they were both busted), Tomita was scared to do it, while Saito wanted to push through to find out if his feeling is reciprocated. I've found 3 different versions of this story, and the one I was actually reading is the only one I couldn't find the English version to - and consequently, the only one not completed. Noice

I see a lot of people angry with the uke for saying he liked him "perfect" but tbh that is normal behavior? Most people who begin dating too quickly fall in love with an idealized version of their partners, someone who is flawless and perfect just for them. That was the uke's case too. Problem is that, as their relationship progressed, he realized NOT that the seme wasn't perfect, but that they were stuck in the same place and he wasn't really getting to know his lover.
I love the seme and really hope he gets better, but honestly it's not the uke's job to "save" him. He must open up himself, instead of waiting to be forced by someone.
Hope they get together soon~

    I agree!! And I don't think that the uke meant the same kind of "perfect" that the seme thought it meant. Like tbh, the uke only said that after looking at the seme's face and I think the uke meant it more like a "because you're hot" kind of perfect?? dhcdcnhnchjnvhfu either ways I need NEED someone to tell the seme that he's okay the way he is bc I don't want him to be hurt anymore ;;;

    Exactly! And most people would love hearing that theyre perfect from their SO. It's not the uke's fault he didn't know seme's tragic backstory tm!

    I agree as well! Also I think its kinda important to realize that they have broken up for some time now. And even though they did not leave things badly, they did not leave things good either. There is a lot of unreleased stress, miscommunication and lack of trust between them. If I had broken up with my ex like that I would probably react the same. Try to act normal and friendly, but I would not be ready to be pulled back into that rollercoaster of uncertainty abd emotions. The beeping brought back a lot of bad memories for them so its natural they reacted like that. They would probably resolve it with proper communication, but in all seriousness it fucking hard to sit down with someone like that. Lol

    Well aside from that, they deserve the world tho. Hahah I just want them to resolve the issues and be happy ^.^

"Didn't you say you were busy today?" He asks someone who is clearly busy and outside all day

Reylla April 3, 2020 3:32 pm

Sasaki being like "I need to be more patient, I got no self-control" and I was like dude..... dude....... you waited 6 months for one kiss you didn't actually give. Some semes out there don't manage to wait 1 night for sex. You cool.

With these couple chapters I was reminded both why I started reading this and why I stopped. Joel and his boy toy still piss me off. They can leave my angel's alone and sod off together now ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

Ay, so many reviews about how the romance came out of nowhere and, althought not entirely wrong, I think this is unfair to the manga. Yeah, I was also baited by the cover and 1st chapter, but both 2nd and (long ass) 3rd chapter made it abundantly clear this story was no longer our usual "yaoi". We got a lil romance at the end alright, but this manga was ultimately about something else - the mc story, how he came to be where he is, and the spirits tireless work to find their master. The romance part wasn't important, so it wasn't shown to us, most of it happened outside of the actual chapters (we didn't see much of them alone and talking, although it's implied they do chat together by the quick scenes we get to see), which is why we feel it came out of nowhere.
So, the problem was that we expected it to be yaoi (for the cover and 1st chapter), but it turned out to be a plot-driven story with a yet blooming yaoi side couple
Anyway I liked it! Hope there will be a sequel ヾ(☆▽☆)
