oh you didn't say about the Japanese part. If its in a Chinese website then the title would originally be Chinese but you can translate the title if you're gonna scanlate it;; but I don't know if there's a english/japanese version for it.
I think it is originally japanese becuase I saw some Japanese characters (hiragana) in the store banner in the background.
