IDK but I haven’t seen any translator changed that on novel update as well as other MTL translations one on Blogspot. I really like MC cousin’s character in his own novel (my little poplar). This manhwa adaptation and translation also followed the novel and JSL character is the same as in the novel. It would not work if he’s the cousin though. I’m just correcting it for ppl who hadn’t read the novel to get wrong information as his half brother and his cousin are two different people. MC half-brother used MC’s spoiled cousin as a scapegoat and used him to make him seems like he’s the one who scammed Mc’s money.
