So I once read this manga/webtoon where the fl is in a land of elves/faries and she is a prisoner along with other girlie's and then she becomes real close to a high ranking elf/fairy guy.....she is to be offered as tribute for a ceremony.....but since the fairy/elf guy has developed feelings for her he helps save her and then puts a curse on her heart without telling her and tells her she needs to come back or else she will die
So the fl is travelling and she meets a group of travellers sooooooo she ends up becoming close to a guy from a particular tribe and she ends up sleeping with him and loosing her virginity and ends up leaving him without having revealed her identity
I've forgotten most of the story but what I last remember is she goes back to the elf/fairy and learns he's now the king and that he had played the curse on her heart deceiving her and now wants her to stay with him and she I think has lost feelings
The other cave guy she learns is getting married and was a king of some place and apparently hates her
