I dont understand why this have 9 rating when the story is toxic as hell

am I the only onewho dont like the side story even before when the main lead story is ongoing and the 2nd lead story were shown didn't read it, I find the doctor manipulative and the other brother were no good too. the reason I like the main lead its because they don't have much drama or complications in their relationship but this second couple is full of it.
