I know we gotta have them gay rights and shit but I feel bad for the sister. If the brother truly is dating her fiancé and she’s kept in the dark without knowing why it would be really sad. At least let it be known that you have someone you like as her fiancé to at-least break the engagement before it got serious. I hope this is some cliche thing that the MC is trying to make a novel out of and not sad stuff.
well, it wasn't till the end of the chapter that he was the 'fiancee', if he was a candidate like the regular type on this kind of stories then that was decided by the families without the oppinion of the parts and how it happens in most of them when the two don't have any kind of relationship and being the sister of the friend doesn't mean that they are close either
But yeah, I think is going to turn in a fujoshi route kind of entertainment
Honestly tho... if it will help develop rights and acceptance for same sex relationship I'm all in for it. After all the positive presence of it in entertainment, tv shows, novels, plays and etc does have a weight in the current acceptance in real life. I still remember the shock Brokeback Mountain caused around 15y ago... the best way to spread a notion or idea to the population is through mainstream media.
Obviously together with all fights for rights through time.
