I really do love this kind of story. A BL story that isn't about sex but the emotional bond that people grow with each other. Sadly, stories like this are rare, especially in BL. Nowadays, BL story are nothing more than softcore porn. The characters involved aren't emotionally attached at all and is just physically attracted to each other.

No. You said that I was wrong for saying that the majority of BL is about sexual attraction when it is. And you make it sound like all Shounen Ai isn't about sexual attraction when a lot of it is. Seriously, it's like you didn't even look at what's being said. You're acting like you're saying something else when you didn't. Now, you're putting words in my mouth that I didn't even say. I never said that fluffy stories are bad. I've only said that I don't like them. That is my opinion. And just because you like fluffy stories doesn't mean that they are great. That is just your opinion. So stop trying to validate other people's opinion with yours.

So what if I'm negative about current BL? That's my right to do so. It's my opinion. And it is precisely because I understand that it's my opinion that I don't go around telling other people that they are wrong for liking the current BL just because I don't like them. You have your own opinion of things and it isn't my place to tell you otherwise. And you make it sound like I'm some idiot who don't know how to use a search to filter out sub genre.
To begin with, genre doesn't dictate everything about a story. Just because you like one Shounen Ai doesn't mean you're gonna like every Shounen Ai out there. Every story is different regardless of genre. Searching through the genre isn't going to guarantee you to like something. So I don't even know why you think searching through specific subgenre is going to help.
And just because you think there are tons of good BL story out there doesn't mean I will. Your taste in manga is very different from mine. What you find to be "good" won't be the same as what I find to be good. So I don't even know why you think that a story will automatically be good for me just because you think it is good.

That's not hater behavior. I know next to nothing about chuu. When making a recommendation to someone, you need to know what they like. That way, you can actually give recommendations that will make them happy instead of just egotistically recommending things that you like and completely disregard their interests and opinion. Now that will truly be hater behavior.
Since chuu didn't want to tell me anything, that tells me two things. chuu either doesn't care about my recommendation and just want to have small talk or he's trying to probe my interest for some ulterior motive. No need to waste time with people like that.

Wow. You are gaslighting so hard right now. Let me remind you that it was you who didn't want to share. I asked you not once but twice about what you like and you dodge the questions both times. Yet, you have the audacity to play the victim when I don't share what like? What a hypocrite. And let me remind you that I did say no. Just because you don't want to own up to your action doesn't mean you can play the victim.

Everyone has a circle of people in their life. People who we interact with from one instance to another. And it is with these people that we spend our entire life with. For the most part, those who share in our times of joy and laughter are those who have the majority of our time. It only make sense since most people desire to be happy. Thus, we often spend the majority of our time with people who are able to make us feel happy.
But among our circle of people, there lies those who we don't often interact with. People whom we don't share our joy or laughter with but rather, our sorrow and our pain. People whom we rely on when we reach rock bottom. People whom we turn to when there is no where else to turn towards. It is these people who is the most precious to us. Sadly however, it is often these people who we take for granted the most.
I think this story does a great job in portraying the bond between the two main characters. A love born not of attraction but of connection. Feelings that's develop not through pleasure and desire but through trust and understanding. A rare sight to see even in ficitonal story. Not to mention a BL story. A true representation of what love is. The grass is not greener on the other side. It's green where you water it. Love is not shared, found, or owned. It is grown.
I love stories like this. Stories where the characters' relationship is not born out of physical attraction but out of the bond they share with each other. This one particularly is especially strong. The strength of a relationship is not measure by the level of happiness the people are but by the length of the storms they've weathered through together. It is easy to be with each other during happy times. But in life, nothing worth having comes easy.
