I've read a lot of omegaverse manga/djs so im practically an expert in this genre. (Haha lol) But there's one thing I dont really understand. HOW DO BABIES COME OUT OF MALE OMEGAS?!?! The recurring theme with omegaverse is that it's nearly always a different answer to most big question, as this one, depending on what the author of the story want to. In some is a c-section used, others do they get a vagina, in some does the child come out via the anus but its like more adapted to that purpose and lastly magic :P
The only other option I can think of is a c-section but I've seen a few where they do in fact come out the butt
