Such a surprise to find this manga. It was so well-portrayed. The artist is pretty at building up the characters. It feels so real about the natures of those whales and dolphins. It is also very interesting how the artist develop the interaction in different couples. Besides I just fucking love lovey-dovey sweet love stories.
I found a patter that side couple is usually wilder and the main couple is usually more sweet and innocent.

This manga is not making any sense... I feel this uke is like a sex toy. I do like when slutty ukes drowning in their sensations, but this one is so different from that. I like being slutty towards people who you love and want to have sex with at least. Not really anybody who goes straight to fuck you without caring about your feelings.
I am so confused by this uke, none of his actions is making any sense...
I don't think any kind of possible trauma can reason his actions.
This seems to be where those fucked-up chapters start (read some raws and greatly puzzled by their bahaviors)

Ppl here rate them incredibly high for only god knows what reason. Absolutely unorginal and incredibly average mangas have ratings 8 or higher... Sometimes mangas w/ absolutely no plot nor anything interesting nor anything outstanding also get scores 8 or above. I understand that ppl like them but its ridiculous...

An example I could give you of a way overrated manga is "Dos Obake Ga Nekasetekurenai"(the art is good,but that's about it).I've given high rattings in mangas like "yatamomo","escape journey".I also like "j no subete" etc.When it comes to manhwas "a guy like you","at the end of the road" are so overrated whereas "dark heaven" deserves the recognition.
I agree with you at everything except at the end of the road. It is good. The plot, story line and the uke isn't behaving like some stupid bitch and he can handle things by himself which is already an achievement when it comes to bl... As for overrated i would say blood bank, make me bark, a guy like you... Etc
When I first started reading it I was very intrigued by the plot,but it progressed into a story that didn't make sense at parts,the was so much unnecessary drama and all the characters were selfish,annoying and bratty (expect for the mc) there were also some kind of underdeveloped parts.I actually enjoyed blad bank and make me bark (I'm not gonna lie it is way overrated especially with that abrupt ending)

I see, as I expected you guys have certain expectations to high-rating mangas. Lol, I don't usually think that much, I usually rate a manga in a my heart based on how much I like it. That is what most people do. So the overrating thing may result from that. If one manga is particularly sexy, funny or artistically great. It may get overrated based on how people think despite it falls short of other areas. I actually find all high-rating mangas on this web pretty enjoyable, but once in a while I feel some mangas are rated low.

I do not dislike the way you guys rate mangas though, you guys are the reasons why some great but less known mangas can be valued and appreciated.
Oh my. I actually have kinda similar feeling. The plot at the beginning was rly interesting but later on it indeed kinda started to lack sense at some parts... I was so hooked up with the beginning that I kinda overlooked it but I guess it makes sense since lately I stopped reading it even though I looked up to it so much... I totally didn’t enjoy make me bark tho. It was completely unoriginal and boring... At some points I liked the humor but that was rly all... it didn’t stand out with anything :/ blood bank wasn’t all that bad but it was kinda like... trying to put some actual plot while focusing on BL and I ended up with a filling that both lacked somehow... And the semes behavior annoyed me at some moments... Actually I don’t rly understand what you liked about these :/ they seem incredibly overrated for me... I would give 3/10 for make me bark and maybe 6,5/10 for blood bank... and the ending of the second one was ridiculous... Even tho the webtoon wasn’t all that bad itself...
I guess that’s kinda a compliment or sth so thx xD but don’t misunderstand... I rly think quite a bit of us don’t rate every each manga with high quality, I think we all have themes/genres with which we lack objectivity... Simply after some time you start noticing more, and some patterns too and way more mangas are like “nice but nothing special” (just as this one was for me, tho I’m not saying it’s bad, absolutely). Just you kinda have higher expectations and you start value originality I guess... or sth like that.... that’s just my opinion of course.
Hahahah I think that a 3 is kind of harsh.I haven't rated those manhwas because I know they're not great or anything,I just found them enjoyable.I agree with blood bank to a certain extent,the plot was lacking but I didn't think that the romance was lacking as well (I don't remember any details so I might be wrong).As for make me bark I guess it's because I liked the characters,but I was very disappointed at how it turned out.I definitely wouldn't give make me bark to someone who was looking for a good plot.
Originality is absolutely important but even with repetitive themes if they're executed correctly I still value them more than originality.Something can be original and bad,what's important for me is the development etc
Yeah,you're right.Everyone has a different opinion and that is fine we choose to focus on different aspects of a story.We are not here to critic mangas aftell all,just enjoy them but once in a while it's nice to exchange opinions with others as long as they're willing to understand why something is as great as they think it is (myself included).

I have very complex feelings about this chapter......very happy asami and akihito are together now........very impressed and touched by Fei Long's moves..........kinda sad about Fei Long gave himself to Mikhail........since I always feel sorry he and asami are not together....Yeah, I think I want to ship both cp, asami x Fei Long and asami x akihito........and I also feel promising that Fei Long may finally have the chance to move on and fall in love again......
Seriously hope Fei Long and the guy he's slept with are gonna become a couple.........Otherwise it is just too sad for me that he's sacrificed himself for the sake of asami...........

I know, but the idea that he gave himself to someone who is not gonna become the one he likes makes me heartbroken.
Like a lot people say it is necrophilia, which is true from what normal people think;
But that is the beauty of different art styles like drawing and writing. We create stuffs that are unimaginable in real world. We get rid of the shell of what humans think and really feel the ideas the expresser/creator tries to convey.
Like for me, I have always been okay reading intimate relationships with monsters(as long as the depiction is not gross...) I know I would not want to see them in real life, let alone accepting it. But with the mask people created to fancy whatever that is human considered normal, we think from a new perspective. We put human natures to things.
So after all, they are human creations and that is why we think this story is cute, and we feel connected to it.
Just a thought. If you don't understanding at all. Totally makes sense since I love talking bullshit. I like this manga btw.
