I'm a god tier procrastinator. My procrastination lessened a lot when I started to listen to motivational speeches of relevant topics. My top 3 fav speeches:

I'm gonna procrastinate on watching those videos O3o

i usually play ace attorney and danganronpa ost, especially pursuit and objection themes from AA, and investigation (remix) themes from DR

Don't do work in the same place you can procrastinate.

It helps me to go to the university library so people would see and judge me if I just suddenly started watching video games on YT. Having an assigned place where you are only allowed to work really helps.

Find the right time to work. Some people work better in the morning. I personally always work better at night. I can't tell you how many all nighters I've pulled doing assignments or projects. Also, if you can't work at home, go to the library, school, or even a cafe and work there.

THIS IS SO TRUE.

I always do homework at home, but guess what, I procrastinate until I fucking have to stay up and actually finish the hw.

I've had this idea on my mind for a while and seeing that it works for someone else I think ai might try it out.

yeah you're right, I did absolutely nothing else today because every single thing was a distraction -.- going to go to uni tomorrow and try and pump out the rest before the deadline tomorrow night. Thanks for the advice!!!
