If they have an existing contract with a company like Lezhin, it may be an issue of licensing/copyright, so they wouldn't be able to just go and create a Patreon or anything similar until that contract ends. When artists sign with a company to help share their work, it runs the risk of them losing ownership of their work, because it then belongs to the company and they aren't allowed to continue work on that property on their own or with a different platform.
So, the creators of Sadistic Beauty could create a new project on Patreon, but they couldn't continue Sadistic Beauty until/unless their contract with Lezhin ends. If Lezhin actually owns the rights to Sadistic Beauty as a property and not just contracted for a certain amount of time, then the creators may never be able to continue it, unfortunately :(
