There's this guy with black hair that suddenly cuts it in school unevenly(maybe cause of a bet, prank or he was threatened) and then gets it fixed and gets a mullet and i think he is why mullets got very popular and ppl on tiktok used a pic of him to ask for that hairstyle but I can't remember the name.
