I just can't find it (￣∇￣")

I'm looking for a BL/yaoi about:

I think it's about a traight uke, don't remember how he meet the seme but seme is a novelist or manga artist and straight uke is a fan of his... seme somehow get straight uke to be his uke.
Then one morning the uke walk into the kitchen and find seme's upcoming novel or manga then uke looking at it and see that's it about "him" (just in made up character) and how he from straight to uke. Uke gets sad because he think seme don't
have eny feelings for him and the only reason seme with him/made him and uke, is so he have some materials to a new novel or manga (〜￣△￣)〜

I'm looking for a manga where the uke meets seme (can't remember how) but the uke can see and hear the ghost of the seme's dead boyfriend and the seme and the ghost-boyfriend use the uke's body to possessed so they and kind of be together again somehow. The ghost-boyfriend and the uke kind of have the same voice (っ´▽`)っ
