my curiousity really got the best of me and I looked up the history of the real Thorfinn Karlsefni, I guess I spoiled myself big time lol. While a lot of the vinland saga's story obviously isn't historically accurate I'm surprised that a lot of the characters stories are actually true. The author did a rlly good job mixing historical tales with his own story.

Dan falling for a guy who treats him like crap and now even taking up an extra job to buy a measly present jaekyung isn't gonna give a shit about? Ngl that's kinda pathetic and lowkey giving me second hand embarrassment
at this point it's just bad writing, srry mingwa. Her artstyle may be detailed, but her characters are lacking in that departement. I thought Dan was interesting at first, but now that he's all up jaekyung's ass he doesn't have much of a personality anymore. I miss when he still hated jk tbh lol.

the author is so evil for ending the season here. This story's been rather lighthearted so far, I can't even imagine how this conflict is gonna go.
Finding out your boyfriend is a killer is craaazzyy, wouldn't blame Dahyeok for leaving. But constantly lying to his loved one also takes a toll on Taeman, so it's inevitable that Dahyeok finds out. How will this be resolved, I have no idea.

The side couple (are they even a couple??) is kinda unnecessary tbh. The two characters are lacking depth and their story is way too short to be interesting anyway, so rn all they do is disrupt the flow of the story, which is already a lil wonky, because of the slow flashbacks.
Also I guess I'm just generally not the biggest fan of this student falling for his teacher trope.

It's so sad, that Mr Jeong thought it's impossible for parents to unconditionally love their child. poor him, he deserves a better family. And when I say that I mean he should just marry into seonwoo's ofc

Man I regret reading this, I should've waited till it's completed. How am I supposed to wait 10 days for every new chapter?? How am I supposed to wait for who knows how many chapters till they're finally happy together.

Hmmm I rlly liked the story up until they became a couple, but now that they're actually together Yuri became so unbearable, it's almost hard to read. I hope smth's gonna change, cuz I'd hate if Yuri's unhinged behaviour is swept under the rug and shrugged off as "quirky" and "kinda cute".
Sigh I waited over a hundred chapters for them to be together, I hope it won't end with their relationship being as unenjoyable as it is rn.

I just read all of this and ngl even though it was very funny and amusing, the second hand embarrassment was a lil hard to handle for me sometimes lmaoo. TToTT I'm soo relieved all those misunderstandings are cleared up now, I was never sure whether I want to laugh or cry because of Mr Jeong's insane conclusion hahaha, this absolute mad man lol.

Yeonoh devoured that lil speech, completely ate Jaehyuk up, what a king.

It's nice to see Skylar simply embarrassed abt what happened instead of having panic attacks and flashbacks to his trauma. He's definitely healing slowly, but steadily.
It's also good that he doesn't see Cirrus as a real threat anymore, rather he just sees him as bothersome haha. What happened last chapter is of course troublesome, but I still think that overall their relationship is improving.
