Can anyone tell me if the manga is finished, or on a break? I haven’t seen an update in a while so I’m just checking.

The manga is currently on a hiatus, ever since the completion of "Part 1" of the main story.
But the manga adaptation of the light novels (it's a collection of side stories) under the name "Yuukoku no Moriarty: The Remains" is ongoing right now. If you're interested in reading some side stories of the characters outside of the main story, you should check it out!
Once The Remains is finished, the main story should continue with "Part 2" on its way.
Thanks and just curious if you know (since you knew this stuff) do you know how close they are to finishing the side stories? Not undermining them one bit cause I love the universe but I just love sherly and Liam so wondering if you know?
