Crazy For You by Araya Miki has a similar eye power, but it's done as a straight up comedy and the seme isn't a delinquent. Is that what you mean, or something with a new student being 'claimed' by the strongest? If so I'd recommend Rouge, which is my favourite with that sort of situation. It's not quite the same, but has the same themes.
I can't take any of araya miki's work seriously. They are all too hilarious , especially that half body turned pose of shock or mortification lol.
I don't think even Araya Miki takes her work seriously. Otherwise she wouldn't always be doing things like calling all the background characters idiots or pointing out just how ridiculous the situations are. That's part of why I love them, her sly little comments. ;)
