He's literally using the uke to gain a status in the social ranking. Even when he already knows that the uke loves him and he as much love the uke too, he still don't want to abandon his ambition and want to keep on marrying the princess. That killed uke from the inside, the uke can't even stomach his food and keep throwing up. Still the seme didn't want to admit that the uke sickness was because of him.
