I read this BL manga few years back it was about two childhood friends. During high school uke confesses to seme but seme rejects uke saying he likes girls. Uke feels embarrassed and runs away and gets into accident. That time uke wished that he was born as girl. A god who was bored decided to fulfil uke's request and attaches ukes soul into a girl. There uke thinks that he will seduce seme but seme was in guilty thinking that he was the one who caused the accident of uke. Uke decides to say that he was seme's childhood friend and he turned into a girl but uke says that is not possible as uke's male body was in coma in hospital. there uke says some of the embarrasing memories that only uke and seme knew. the seme believes uke turned into girl. There another girl also falls in love with uke's female body and seme also falls in love. Seme begs uke to go back to his male body and he will love him in his male body too. the god who was watching those all thinks about fulfilling one of seme's wish. Seme wishes to go to parallel world where uke was not in love with him.
