Google search it. (The account name) mangago. As far as I know, that's the only way.

Just have them click on your username from this thread and have her follow you then follow her back
That works. I didn't even think of that. They're friends, after all. It'd be easier to just send the link of each other's homepage via personal messaging. Someone like me with no friends couldn't even consider such a feat. Mind blown.
