The guy at the end is the person his dad mentioned in the first chapter, his college friend who own the building and is his landlord. That Taku thought that the person had a “weird name for a lady”!
Yeah why did he assume the landlord was a female??
Cause of his name, I think Himeno is a girly name
Probs cuz of the “hime” in the name means “princess”
