It may be GL, but Moonlight Garden is pretty different in terms of setting and plot. It's great, but just worth mentioning depending on what they mean by "similar" YMMV.
Blooming Sequence is another great college romance story. Handsome Girl and Sheltered Girl has similar themes. Lily, It Would Be Great If You Didn't Exist, and Partition all have similar themes and styles.
