it loads normally for me, so maybe it's just your wifi(?)
try reconnecting to wifi, clearing cache, clearing all history, resigning in, and then try again

It depends on region that you live, you can search in Google play store, type VPN there are a lot Turbo, Thunder, Tomato and greennet is good too
