Not all Americans are loud, a lot of americans live in loud places. Big bustling cities that are filled with major roadways, cars and people are going to be loud and so therefore if you want to be heard you have to turn up the volume. reply
Probably not. Someone would really have to change my world view and I'd have to really deeply love them to get married.
