Does "don't upload over" really hard to understand? I dont understand why this keeps happening on mostly EVERY DAMN webtoon on this site. Understandable if it has been abandoned for months/years but some ppl upload only after 2-3 weeks from previous uploader. Wht is wrong with yall ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
