how do you usually handle situation that make you super nervous ?

When I’m extremely nervous I avoid contact, my hands sweat a lot, and start stuttering. After that I usually start having a panic attack.
Well for me, my sleep schedule is incredibly fucked but also convenient. No matter how late I go to sleep, I always wake up around 7:30 (so I never get enough sleep).
