Most fish is safe to eat during pregnancy. The only fish you shouldn't eat is fish high in mercury and raw fish.
I heard that when you're pregnant and in early stages of pregnancy, you shouldn't eat any raw foods, like sushi or steak even. Bc you may never know if there's some bacteria or virus and it might end up attacking the fetus that's still developing. So the baby might ended up with undeveloped body parts or even their brain is exposed. At least that's the case with my relatives
