I don't really get why are y'all mad at him ! First of all as a detective he should try his best not to harm anyone, let alone kill him ! Second of all his boyfriend was just hit in the head with a bottle of wine, that wouldn't kill him so chill and third of all who the fuck would just pull the trigger ? It's already very hard to shoot a random let alone an ex which you have connection with ! I would never shoot my ex ! Even if they did kill my current boyfriends ! That's what jail for ! He's a detective, not a 5 years old kid or a gangster
