i was expecting some impactful ending but its okay i guess. it would've been a better ending if fuku didn't confess to riku right away that he still hasn't changed and it ended right when fuku said "now, back to square one". maybe then readers would've been more surprised, it would've destroyed all of us to not know what happened after shou entered fuku's new salon.
anyway, this ending kinda made me think that fuku's getting a tiny bit better? maybe i got deceived by fuku myself lmao. we are supposed to despise him but harada showing that fuku still has traces of him being humane and empathetic when he couldn't get hard distracts me a tiny bit. but fuku's completely awful and i shouldn't be swayed liked this, harada's good at playing with the reader's minds.
nonetheless, shou run and fuku go get therapy.
harada made it so we'll always wonder what happened to them after all this, that will always mess with my mind.
asahi's character is so realistically human. masato has become such a better person. their relationship is so healthy too. i dont mind if their story dont stop even if all conflicts are already resolved, i would simply be happy even just to see them living their everyday happily. also every single page of the four books in this series so far all have very high quality beautiful art. it was such an enjoyable read. the story of this couple is so realistic, it's almost its as if someone told me their life story. i love this couple <3
I really love this a lot :(
an anime or live action adaptation for this would be amazing. i wish to read more of them though, the conclusion was slightly abrupt. they just started dating after all this time yet we only got to see a bit T____T i really want a peak on their future, their careers, like what happened to the band and stuff. but nonetheless they're such a perfect couple :( i adore them do much. it won't seem to happen but i would kill for a volume 3 T___T
amazing art and stroytelling. must read.
