I don't agree with anyone saying that Peony's current treatment is fair. Just because the duke is grieving doesn't give him the right to literally withhold basic necessities like firewood in the cold and access to clean clothing, even if the princess is pushy. Besides, she literally is his fiancée, and he agreed to that. he's 100% being an asshole, and you can criticize the princess behavior but that doesn't suddenly make the duke's actions right
