The webtoon is from foxtoon. The first 30 chapters are free to view, then from 31 onwards you pay for the chapters: http://www.foxtoon.com/comic/PadreKarte
That's the actual official site. As for how to get coins to buy the chapters, there's a foxtoon app on the Google play store. There are different methods of payment you can then choose from. You have to.first make a foxtoon account though either with your naver account or email.

It's possible to buy coins from the site directly, but it's a bit difficult to as everything is in korean.

The best way for these guys to get supported is to get paperbacks published once their series ends, & to make art books. These coin system things are more expencive than people claim; I go through at least $10 worth of chapters a day. Yet I have no problem shelling out $40 for an art book. But very little of that coin system money actually makes it's way into the artist's hands. Maybe they should all just set up Patreon pages so they can be supported directly.

Maybe we should find the creators tumblr/weibo/facebook/twitter pages & tell them about Patreon/GoFundMe.

A sad fact of life is that manga just appeals more to people who don't have money. Either full time students or unemployed adults. However, otakus who DO have money are big spenders. Which is why most anime today is funded by toy companies & 50% of the chance of a 2ed season rests on merchandise sales wile the other half is on DVD sales. Of course it's Japan's own damn fault they charge $60 for DVDs that only have 2 episodes each. ::went on a rant there::
