I think Ho-jin should end up with Yoon-ji. Even though she exploited that timid looking guy for sex, I can sympathise with her and find that her feelings towards Ho-jin are earnest and real. I think the ghost (was her name, 'Mal-ja'?) should move on to the afterlife. She has someone waiting for her, (if that brief moment in which she recalled a mysterious guy, who she may have had an intimate connection with in her past life calling out to her is to be believed).
She should know that its precisely because there's someone waiting for her that she should make haste in recovering the memories of her past life and ascend to the afterlife; rather than being tied down in the human world for all eternity, with new feelings that will never bear fruit.
As for the woman that Ho-jin is currently "dating", he should just break off from that unhealthy relationship and move on with Yoon-ji. He's too good for both women, but Yoon-ji at the very least isn't dishonest and greedy like that other woman.
Nope sorry, dont agree at all!! she has feelings for the mc but she can use another guy and treat him like shit?? nope i dont like her at all!! and she does not deserve the mc in any way shape and form!!!

She’s a stutterer it’s not like she can just change that
she has a speech disorder, it's not like it can just poof away but I get what you mean. It'll probably take a while for it to go away, after all that trauma and all, if it even does.
that's not how stuttering works. How is her character suppose to just make it disappear?
