Since Yue knew that Cheng is formidable and he cannot grab Cinian away from Cheng easily, he targeted Ah Si (Cheng's assistant).
He framed him for being a traitor.
Aside from that he let the opposing gang killed one of Cheng's trusted member and put Cinian (and his Douding) in danger.
He also let Cinian's brother escape from his confinement (Cinian already subdued his bro that time and he's mentally torturing him). Ending almost putting Cinian, Wowo and Douding in death's door.
Unfortunately Cheng's subordinate survived thus Cheng made a plan to have a 'playtime' with Yue.
Yue didn't know he's already got discovered so he went on his plan to host a banquet for him serving food to poison all the gang members including Cheng and framing it to Ah Si. He also secretly put a tracking device to Cinian's phone so Scarface can kidnap him.
Welp that's all that he did because after that Yue got his consequences serve to him.

I think (just a guess) he is Cheng's friend (or childhood friend?) with white hair. He hasn't appeared yet on the english version of the manhua but on the raws he just showed up on ch115 (i guess). Not sure though
New character… i think a childhood friend of cheng who grew up with the group and he is also cheng’s ex boyfriend (not sure, but it was implied) they were dating until before the prison part then broke up after

Nop. He is not Cheng's childhood friend. More like past crush/love. Cheng used to love him. Im on chapter 118, he dont have any screentime yet but in the end of the chapter he called cheng cheng and wondered if he still have a chance or something.

Cheng never loved him, only saw him as a little brother. It was Yue who had a massive crush on Cheng, and because the rumors of them being lovers never stopped and Yue encouraged them, Cheng stopped bothering in denying them.
He went to prison because Yue's older brother and gang leader was dying, and he wanted him to have a peaceful death.
Yue blamed Cheng for this, and ended on the streets as a cocain addict, that's when the other gang leader found him and took care of him, bin exchange of sex.
Cheng never encouraged or showed any form of romantic or sexual love towards Yue, only a respective fraternal as a brother.

Cheng made sure to let everyone know he was into men, and that's when Yue, as a kid, tell his gang bothers he was going to/is Cheng's lover.
Everybody respected Cheng and loved Yue, so of course they wanted then as a couple, and because Cheng got tired of denying those rumors, everybody thought they indeed loved each other.
When Yue returned, the older gang brothers who grew up with Yue, sided with him and despised Cinnian for getting in between their leaders love, which is just bullshit.
Extra spoiler: Yue dies because his lover/ chang's enemy gang leader throws him out of the 18th floor thinking he was a traitor and still on Cheng's side, but it was Cheng's skimming to let him think that. The only regret cheng has, was that his promise to the old gang leader to take care of Yue was broken.
Also, Cinnian and Cheng planned everything, like the couple they are (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
