Do people not take into consideration at all that Medea has been manipulated her whole life? People said she is weak. They are right. She IS physically weak and mentally weak. Is it entirely her fault tho? If someone grew up being abusive, get sick easily, cough blood and have nose bleed everytime they overwork, their lover manipulated them and even tried to kill them, I bet anyone would have gone insane.
Iḿ not siding with Medea. I know she is partially at fault. A lot of people love Psyche bc she is strong. However, she is not flawless either. When things went wrong, instead of talk it out with Medea, Psyche expected her to know everything. How thing would have turned out if she actually talked to Medea about her nanny and about what she did wrong?
Blaming everything on Medea, someone who is also a victim, is kinda wild. Do you guys also blame domestic violence victims for not being physically and mentally strong enough to fight back their abusers?

1. medea is the strong one, purple haired girl, duke's daughter, she's currently in psyche's body... psyche is the weak one, blonde hair, the girl who get locked up all her life and get manipulated by the prince, and she's currently in medea's body.
2. Original psyche has healing power because she's a beloved child of the god. So, psyche never coughed blood or had nosebleeds, because despite having weak body, original psyche can heal herself. The one who keep getting nosebleeds and cough blood is medea who's in psyche's body.

I'm not sure how to feel about all the negative comments about the FL. Personally, I have fun reading the webtoon in general, but I always feel down immediately after reading the comments. I wonder if the people who call the FL stupid are really that intelligent in real life. Are they the type that has high IQ and EQ, never makes mistakes, always carry themselves properly, always knows how to act in every situation... Sorry, I'm ranting right now, but I just feel overwhelmed with people (a majority of the time) hatting on the FL. I watch a lot of kdrama on viki, and the number of people hating on the FL from their appearance down to their characteristics, judging every little detail, is just appalling. I should really stop reading comments from now on.
I don't know why, but I got the impression, that you are very cute hahaha but yes! i totally agree...people are strange to not understand and appreciate many different kinds of characters who have a different personality, especially if it is different to the readers...that is what books and manga are about. to experience more than just life from your own point of view from very different perspectives. different world, ideas and failures and experiences and lessons. so that you can grow yourself and become more colourful. the only thing anyone should judge a story or a character by, even evil ones, are if they are consistent and multi dimensional. like is it some super simple, one layered character that makes no sense, or is it truly like "meeting and witnessing" a real individual? and is the story making sense within itself? is it catching your attention, no matter the content? things like this are what make a story and a character qualitative....nothing else

I don't really mind people giving their insights, but sometimes they just go straight to insult and calling names. It just makes me feel kinda sad sometimes bc I feel like people are becoming more and more distant. Like we just stop trying to understand each other or see from a different perspective. And people are just so mean on the internet sometimes.
Honestly, bless you for writing this. I always type up the exact same argument when explaining that most FL aren’t that bad but they don’t want to listen. A male protagonist is brave or simple minded with a good heart. But god forbid a female character show the same traits.
Isn't it super obvious that chapters 2 and 3 are past events that would lead to the present (chapter 1)? Based on the summary and the cover too, you would have already guessed how the storyline will go: the ML would probably pretend to be another man or something to sleep with the FL. lol Iḿ not trying to call anybody dumb, but I used to read comments on this website, and a lot of comments tend to be demeaning toward the characters (especially females), calling them dumb, stupid and stuffs like that. But I guess not everybody in the comments is that bright in real life either lol. I feel like my comment might come off as offensive to some people, so I will apologize beforehand if it did lol.
