ive been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder so heres a list of things that trigger it:
-phone calls
-walking without something to hold onto (a phone, books, straps of a bookbag)
, etc)
-asking to talk one on one (like if a teacher asks me to stay after class)
-feeling dirty (if i dont shower or brush my teeth)
-ordering food at a restaurant reply
