As a person who enjoys profiling this is very well written.
The psychopath plot is being delt extremely well.

Good. He needs to have repercussions for his past actions. That will bring story and character growth. And hopefully he will have therapy and take his pills. Not just a suicide attempt and all is forgotten.
Sucks that we equal mental illness with being a sh*t though.

The think that nobody understandas is that He already had repercussions, but He's unable to process them and understand them and that's why He's completely broken. Nobody had the patience to actually sit with him and talk things out. This is something pretty common on kids with distant parents, as they're the ones that have to educate you on your own emotions to develop them correctly.

This kid is a person who grew without love, so their behavior is actually already a repercussion of this. Sometimes it's not as simple as "If they notice that something goes wrong, they'll learn from it". Some people say that madness is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result... And that's how this mental illness works on him.
