I read it a while back but from what I remember it is!
But there's a lot of queer baiting and the ending doesn't feel too complete but overall a pretty good story

I feel like this authors works are just fever dreams. they kind of make sense but dont have enough length to actually understand anything. they would be such good stories if they were longer but they just go friends (> maybe some fucking if were lucky) > haha whoosh > the end.
they end where most stories would end the prologue. we only get a glimpseeeee

The novel explains how the mc and ml got closer when they were younger and is just more fleshed out in the beginning and has a better explaination. Novels oompleted too for those that are impatient.

Novels get taken down on wordexcerpt a lot, (licensing issues i think) idk if they will come back or not. Best to check again in a few days. But there's a few apps that rip translations which i don't use or support but they should still have this novel up. (Looking up "wuxia" or "novel reader" should find the apps, and sometimes the rips are on wattpad.
tldr - there's rips of this online and you can search for it, wait for if the novel comes back on wordexcerpt, or give up. There's not much I can do for you sorry :(
