Basically this all started with a maid that was serving Vivian that decided to take it upon herself, to go and tell the head butler about Vivian's condition, or rather the fact she hadn't had her cycle in a very long time and, that she was refusing treatment.

Things happened with that the head butler talked to Vivian the maid was fired, and then the ML is informed of this information, he of course having feelings for Vivian is concerned and wanting to know why she refuses to be examined, but she already knows the reason, and the solution to her condition but has chosen not to solve it, or tell anyone she knows.

They get into an argument over this, because he's not only pushing for this but because he originally, acted like she had been hiding this, yet she had told him from the very start.

She gets angry because, she expects no love from him, and demands that she doesn't love him either, so while its kind of about her being infertile which still, has its own issues even if she wasn't because of his own bloodline, but it also really boils down to the fact, that neither of them are admitting they have feelings for the other, harsh words were said to cover this up, and now they're sitting in stalemate boiling with nasty feelings, because neither wants to be the first to step forward and say sorry.
