The person who uploaded chapter 30, despite of their good intentions, didn't have the knowledge/skills to do a quality job comparable with rainbow scans. A member of Rainbow Scans commented asking the uploader to delete the chapter (as the uploader had suggested in the credits page of the chapter) because they have been working hard on it and they felt a bit disrespected. The uploader also used spanish scans to translate from a group that does not grant permission to use their files for retranslation.

Maybe it’s because it was not translated by ROS that why it was deleted
