FL wants to survive and she wants the person who reminds her over her former friend to also survive. And this is how AT THIS MOMENT she can do it. Like ppl love to complain about everything. Just read the story and let the plot and character dynamics develop.
I AGREE. Viola or the current soul in her body has no control in the situation and she has to CHOOSE for SURVIVAL. I swearr some readers here are not getting the PLOT. Yes, it may seem odd but they need to realize that it's the way of the author to create a thrilling plot.
