1. Yes, Mr. Baek already has a crush on Seo. (He even went and masturbate in the restroom when they had their company dinner for Seo’s transfer to their department) - that’s when Seo mistakenly thought Mr. Baek is having sex with an employee of the restaurant. Seo thinks Mr. Baek already knows that he was the one who shouted at him in the restroom but Mr. Baek figured/guessed that’s the case in the previous chapter.
2. About the scene in the 1st Chapter: It’s the future. Meaning probably Seo & Baek will end up sleeping together but for some reason they don’t end up in a relationship (at least until that scene in the future), and that’s why Seo sleeps around with whoever resembles Mr. Baek but is not satisfied.
